Built to Close a Gap
Work Conditioning exists because injured workers needed structured, supervised conditioning to actually get back to the job.
Conditioning With a Return-to-Work Spine
The company was established to assist injured workers through rehabilitation, addressing an identified gap in WorkCover-era support for return-to-work outcomes.
Our exercise physiologists are university qualified and accredited with ESSA (Exercise and Sports Science Australia); our physiotherapists are accredited with the Australian Physiotherapy Association, with ergonomics expertise on the same team. Everyone trains regularly in current evidence-based practice.
Programs draw on feedback from each worker's treating GP, physiotherapist and specialists, and delivery flexes to the person: dedicated gymnasium spaces, hydrotherapy pools, local gyms, aged care facilities, the workplace or the home, across NSW and Victoria with partner programs arranged nationally.
